Cedar flag (Lebanon) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This shot glass carries the national flag of Lebanon, with its green cedar tree set between two red bands and a broad white centre.

Visual Elements & Composition

The flag is laid out as three horizontal bands. The white centre stripe is the widest and dominates the field, with a red stripe above and below it. A single green cedar tree sits at the centre of the white band, drawn as a flat, simplified silhouette. The palette is limited to red, white and green, and the design carries no lettering or numerals, so the tree is the only figure the eye has to settle on.

Meaning & Symbolism

Each colour carries its own meaning. The red stripes stand for the blood shed for independence and liberation, the white stands for purity and peace, and the snow-capped mountains of the country. The cedar, a Lebanon cedar (Cedrus libani), is the country's best-known emblem and represents holiness, eternity, resilience and hope. The national flag was officially adopted on 7 December 1943, and this design reflects the enduring symbolism that the flag has carried since then.

Shaped for the Shot

A shot glass is small and held close, so the cedar tree is seen at near range, sitting in the white band as the glass is turned in the hand. The simple horizontal bands wrap around the straight sides of the glass, and the central tree reads clearly from the rim down, which suits a motif this clean and direct.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
