Coat of Arms Santa Cruz Argentina - Frosted Pint Glass 16oz

This design reproduces the official provincial coat of arms of Santa Cruz, Argentina, a formal oval emblem built around Patagonian peaks and a sun in flat vector heraldry.

Visual Elements & Composition

The oval is split into two fields. The upper field is sky blue, carrying a rust-red mountain range with snow-capped peaks and four small stars beside it. The lower field is white and holds a sun with a face and rays. Green laurel branches curve around the outside of the oval, tied at the base with an arched ribbon bearing the words PROVINCIA, DE, SANTA and CRUZ. Gold appears in the sun and the ribbon details, and the blue and white keep the overall scheme crisp.

Meaning & Symbolism

The peaks are Cerro Fitz Roy, also called Chaltén, which defines the dramatic Patagonian landscape of the province. The Southern Cross, shown in the sky, marks Santa Cruz's place in the Southern Hemisphere. The sun is the Sun of May, a national emblem of brightness and liberty. The laurel stands for unity and hard-won victory. Established by Law No. 97 on 25 September 1959, the emblem is honoured each year on 9 October as Provincial Coat of Arms Day, and it remains a central marker of regional identity for residents of the province.

On the Frosted Pint Glass

A pint glass offers a tall, curved surface, so the oval becomes a continuous band of mountains, sky and laurel as the glass turns in the hand. The frosted finish gives the vector shapes a soft, semi-translucent look, which suits a design built on broad blue and white fields.

Frosted pint glass (16 oz / ≈0.47 L) with a soft matte finish and semi-translucent, one-sided print. Tough enough for bar and restaurant use, dishwasher safe, and BPA-free — a modern take on classic pintware.

These pints are mouth-blown-style glass finished with a satin frost that mutes glare and gives art a soft, tactile presence. The print sits atop the frosted surface to create a semi-see-through effect — the look subtly shifts depending on lighting and what's poured inside.

Because the print is slightly translucent, pale drinks let more light through and darker pours create stronger contrast. That interplay gives each serving a small visual surprise — useful in hospitality settings or retail displays where the drink and the glass play off each other.

  • Material: 100% glass with a matte, frosted finish for a low-reflective, premium feel.
  • Capacity: 16 oz (standard U.S. pint, ≈0.47 L).
  • Print: one-sided wraparound, semi-translucent finish that changes with light and liquid.
  • Care: dishwasher-safe for everyday service (see Care tab for tips).
  • Use cases: retail shelves, bar service, event glassware, or merch racks — suitable for single units or larger orders.

These glasses work well for chilled beers, craft pours, iced cocktails and cold brew — anywhere you want an elegant, understated presentation. The frosted surface hides minor fingerprints and softens the silhouette of the drink inside.

  1. Serve: fill with cold beverages; the semi-translucent print will interact with the drink color for subtle variation.
  2. Display: stack or line them on back bar shelving where soft lighting emphasizes the frosted texture.
  3. Stocking: sell individually or as a set; their neutral look fits many menu styles and venue aesthetics.

Tip: if you plan themed pours (pale ales, lagers, dark stouts), test a sample to see how each drink’s hue changes the printed artwork’s visibility.

Dishwasher-safe for routine cleaning — use a standard household cycle and avoid very high-heat commercial programs when possible. Placing glasses mouth-down on the rack reduces risk of chipping during wash cycles.

For best longevity, hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent and dry immediately with a lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive scouring pads and harsh chemical cleaners that can dull the frosted finish or wear printed areas over time.
