DBWF Flag (United States) Shot Glass 1.5oz

A bold red flag with a Union Jack in the upper canton and a single white five-pointed star, drawn in flat vector style from the banner of the Dominion of British West Florida.

Visual Elements & Composition

Red dominates at roughly seven-tenths of the rectangle, with navy and white taking smaller shares. The Union Jack sits in the upper-left canton, and the white five-pointed star stands out against the deep navy so the emblem reads at once. There is no lettering in the artwork. The composition is simple and direct, built from the rectangular field, the canton and the star.

Meaning & Symbolism

The design belongs to the Dominion of British West Florida, a micronation whose emblem was adopted in 2005. It was meant to express the revival of the former British colony of West Florida, and the Union Jack in the canton points back to that British past. The star and the bold red field carry the micronation's wish to restore a regional identity that history set aside.

Made for a Shot Glass

A shot glass is small and is held close, so the Union Jack and the star are seen as a compact emblem when the glass is lifted. The red field fills the curved wall evenly, and the star stays clear as the glass is turned in the hand. It suits anyone drawn to micronational flags or to the history of British West Florida.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
