Visual Elements & Composition

Golden yellow fills most of the flag and gives the design its warmth. The coat of arms sits at the centre, set in a rounded shield with a solid background. Inside it, a brown triangle holds two stylised gold and blue fish, a black crescent moon rises beside them, and vertical bands of blue and green run through the shield. The palette is restricted to yellow, maroon, gold, green and blue, with the maroon adding weight at the edges of the emblem. The word CHIMBOTE appears as visible lettering on the badge.

Meaning & Symbolism
