Flag of Kursk Oblast Russia - Color Changing Coffee Mug

The Flag of Kursk Oblast, Russia, is a rectangular banner divided into two equal horizontal parts by a narrow, white saltire (an X-shaped cross). The upper hoist quarter features three gold (yellow) equilateral triangles arranged in a horizontal row. The lower fly half displays a red square with a golden five-pointed star positioned at its center. The flag represents the historical coat of arms of Kursk, which dates back to 1708 and was granted to the city by Tsar Peter I. The flag was officially adopted as the symbol of Kursk Oblast on December 3, 2004.
