This design is the Flag of Rome, a plain vertical bicolor in two solid fields of burgundy and gold, the colours of the Italian capital.

Visual Elements & Composition

The flag divides into two equal halves. The burgundy red-violet, known as purpure, fills the hoist side, and ochre gold fills the fly side, with a single hard line running down the centre.
