This design reproduces the official flag of Shinjuku Ward in Tokyo, a bold white coat of arms set on a solid field of deep blue.

Visual Elements & Composition

Deep blue fills most of the surface, roughly two-thirds of the field, with white taking up the rest in a single centred emblem. The emblem is flat and geometric: a stylized Kanji character, 新 (SHIN), enclosed within a diamond. Nothing else competes with it.
