Flag of the Russian Aerospace Forces (Russia) Shot Glass 1.5oz

A blue field, fourteen golden rays and a silver winged eagle at the centre: this design turns the banner of Russia's air arm into a sunburst that seems to open upward.

Visual Elements & Composition

Deep sky blue fills the whole field, and it is the colour that dominates. Fourteen golden yellow rays start at the centre and fan outward to every edge and corner, so the eye is pulled into the middle. Sitting on that centre is the service emblem, a silver eagle with a crossed propeller and sword. The style is flat and clean, with hard-edged shapes and no shading, which keeps the sunburst crisp even at this small scale.

Meaning & Symbolism

The blue stands for the heavens and the gold for the sun that lights them. The silver of the central eagle is read in Russian heraldry as eternity and purity. The emblem itself combines the eagle with a propeller and a sword, a nod to the 1997 merger of the Air Force and the Air Defence forces. The whole composition descends directly from the Soviet Air Force flag, and the sunburst carries that older design forward into the modern Russian Aerospace Forces, established in 2015.

Held Up to the Light

A shot glass is small and held close, so this design is seen at arm's length and at eye level, often with the light coming through the glass. The rays converge toward the base and the eagle sits where the eye lands first, which makes the emblem the focal point of every pour. It is a bold, martial piece of heraldry made for a small, deliberate moment.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
