Flag of Uusimaa Finland The Flag of Uusimaa is a historical regional flag used to represent the province (lääni) of Uusimaa, now part of the Uusimaa region, in Finland. The flag consists of four horizontal stripes in the colors blue (top and bottom), white (middle), and red (center). This tricolor design reflects the union between the historical provinces of Uusimaa, Tavastia, and Karelia. The Flag of Uusimaa was officially adopted on November 28, 1937.
