Louisiana 169 2008 (Louisiana) (Road Sign) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design renders the LA 169 route marker in a modern black-and-white badge, with a state-shaped outline and the route number at its heart.

Visual Elements & Composition

Black and white divide the surface equally. A square with rounded corners forms the badge, and the outline of Louisiana sits within it as a silhouette. The letters LA and the numerals 169 are placed for quick reading, with no decoration beyond the marker itself. The flat vector treatment keeps every edge sharp and the contrast strong.

Meaning & Symbolism

LA 169 runs about 46 miles, from Louisiana Highway 172 near Keachi in DeSoto Parish north to U.S. Highway 71 south of Belcher in Caddo Parish. Along the way it passes through Spring Ridge and Greenwood, where it briefly shares the road with US 79 and US 80, and Mooringsport, before crossing Interstate 20 and ending at US 71. The black-and-white shield dates from the statewide marker update of around 2008, when the older green-and-white shields were replaced, and it identifies the route under those newer standards.

Holding a Route Marker

A shot glass is small and held close, so the badge is read up near the eye rather than from a passing car. At that scale the rounded square and the bold route number come across in one clear look, much like a marker picked out at a crossroads.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
