Texas FM 1030 (Texas) (Road Sign) Shot Glass 1.5oz

A square black sign carrying a white outline of Texas, with FARM ROAD in white and the route number 1030 in black.

Visual Elements & Composition

The layout follows the standard Texas Farm to Market marker. A black square forms the field, and the white state outline sits within it. FARM ROAD runs in white across the upper part of the state, while the number 1030 is set in black, reversed out of the white silhouette. The two colours give the sign its immediate, high-contrast read, and the flat vector finish keeps the edges clean.

Meaning & Symbolism

FM 1030 is a rural route in San Saba County, Central Texas. The Texas Department of Transportation designated it in November 1948, and it runs about 7.6 miles south-west from U.S. Highway 190, just west of San Saba, to the site of the historic Wallace Creek School. The road belongs to the post-war expansion of farm and ranch roads that linked remote country to the state network, and the sign's standardised template is the one used for every Farm and Ranch to Market route in Texas.

Made for the Shot Glass

A shot glass is small and held close, lifted in one hand and set down after a single pour. The square sign has a compact footprint, so the white state outline and the route number stay easy to pick out as the glass is raised and turned.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
