WIS County 00 template (Wisconsin) (Road Sign) White Coffee Mug

This design borrows the plain, boxed look of a mid-century county route marker, the small signs that name a road and tell a driver where they are on the map.

Visual Elements & Composition

A bordered rectangle with rounded corners fills the frame in flat vector black and white. The black border and the high-contrast black lettering dominate, with the white field left open around them. The words COUNTY and OO sit stacked at the centre, set large and evenly weighted so the sign reads at a glance. Nothing competes with the lettering, and the layout stays symmetrical from edge to edge.

Meaning & Symbolism

Route markers exist to orient travellers, and this one carries that purpose into Wisconsin's county road network. The name of the state anchors the design to a specific place, while the shape of the sign points to the everyday roadside system that has connected rural communities across the Midwest for decades. It is a quiet piece of local identity, pride in the places people actually drive through.

Designed for the Mug

A mug is turned in the hand, so the sign wraps around the curve of the cup as you drink. The bordered rectangle reads cleanly on the white surface, and the lettering stays legible from the handle side and from across the table, turning a roadside marker into something you look at each morning.
